Transparency matters to me — not just in the topics I write about, but also in how this blog is made. AI tools play a role in that, and I want to be honest about which ones.
AI as a tool, not an author
The texts on this blog are written by me. My voice, my perspective, my opinions — those remain mine. AI helps me research more thoroughly, structure a first draft more quickly, or give a finished text one more critical pass. What you read here is the result of my work, not a machine’s.
In concrete terms, I use AI tools for research and fact-checking (to find sources, understand connections, and cross-check information), for initial drafts (as a rough framework that I then revise heavily in terms of both content and language), for editing and proofreading (to sharpen phrasing, identify logical gaps, or improve readability), for image generation (some of the images on this blog are AI-generated), for SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, keywords), and for ideation and brainstorming (to look at topics from new angles).
My editorial process
No post goes live without me having read, reviewed, and revised it in full. AI outputs are a starting point for me, not a finished product. I correct factual errors, add my own assessments, cut what’s wrong or doesn’t feel like me — and shape it all into a text I can stand behind.
Editorial responsibility lies with me. What appears here is published under my name, and I take that seriously.
Your data stays with me
Comments, questions, or emails you send me are not fed into AI services. What you write to me will not be processed further or used as training data — to the extent that is within my control.
One final note
