addsfit Elite Massage Gun

First Impressions

After the addsfit Mini and the addsfit Max, the Elite is now the third model I have had the pleasure of testing. So far, the manufacturer has never disappointed me, and the first impression of the addsfit Elite is equally good.

The Massage Gun comes in a small case, which is very practical not only for transport but also for storing the device. What I noticed straight away: it lacks a charger, doesn’t it?

No, nothing is missing, because the addsfit Elite is charged via USB-C and a suitable cable is of course included. The operation is just as simple: all functions are controlled with just one button that switches step-by-step through the four speeds.

The addsfit Elite feels very good in the hand. The aluminium housing contains a 2,500 mAh battery and a powerful motor that produces an amplitude of the head of 12 mm at up to 3,100 rpm. In addition, the head is pressure-sensitive: with higher pressure on the muscle to be treated, the speed of the motor also increases automatically.

Five different heads are included for use, all of which are easy to change via a plug-in system. So that you don’t get confused, addsfit includes a small manual.

A special feature is the spherical head: here, not only the attachment, but the whole adapter is replaced. This was very stiff the first time, but could be easily remedied with a little grease. ;)

Usage

Due to the high-quality build and the long battery life, it is simply fun to use the addsfit Elite. Most of the time, I have the “Dampener” installed, which covers all large-area applications well. As a specialist, the “Thumb” is sometimes used when the region to be treated lays much deeper.

The ball is a new option that the other models could not offer until now. It is relatively soft and therefore particularly gentle during the massage. This also qualifies it for regions such as the Achilles tendon or the soles of the feet.

In general, the addsfit Elite is always within reach and is used almost daily. The pleasantly quiet whirring of the device has not changed even after three months of intensive use, which speaks for the good quality.

The addsfit Elite is the perfect massage gun for me. Since I got it in the house, I don't use any (!) of the other devices

It is small enough to be handy, but at the same time powerful enough to offer all the advantages of larger devices. And at a really acceptable price!
